You are more Future- Ready than you think.
Hi, I'm Gregg
My career working with people, began when I was 10 years old. I sat my friends down at a chalkboard to teach them math. NOT one of my strongest subjects. Throughout my teens I taught canoeing and crafts at summer camp. I did much better there.
Surviving all that, over 30 years ago, I was part of the ground breaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada.
To further sharpen my skills and understand how people tick, I worked with prisoners in maximum security federal penitentiaries and pioneered numerous social change and health programs in the community. I was always looking for that one new thing that would make a difference in the world. This world view has grounded and informed my research, consulting, teaching and speaking since then.
A unique point of view. The ability to connect with people from every walk of life.
A unique point of view. The ability to connect with people from every walk of life.
I then jumped into leading complex change initiatives and talent development programs in the corporate sector. Improving how leaders and teams work together during change, has been at the core of my work for the last 20 years. As work is where we spend most of our time!
In addition to consulting and coaching, I am lucky enough to engage audiences all over the planet to build courage to dive into the never-ending waves of change. And don't they just keep coming! These audiences include Fortune 500 companies, governments, associations, through to international humanitarian organization. Many of the organizations I work with are tackling some of the biggest issues on our planet today: housing, health, education and energy.
Here's the fancy stuff:
My most recent book, Spark Action, How to Lead Change That Matters went to #1 on Amazon in October 2023 then was recommended as one of the top business books to read in 2024 by Thinkers360.
My ideas on change leadership and the future of work are in Forbes, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, and Entrepreneur, amongst others.
I holds a Master`s of Social Science Degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership and performance and am Associate Member of the American Psychological Association. I also have my PMP (project management professional) designation - so people know I've practiced what I speak on!
Thanks for taking the time to learn about me and my passion for helping leaders, teams and individual contributors dive into the never-ending waves of change. If you like what you've read. Reach out!

The Top 10 Change Hacks
Over the last 30 years of working with diverse groups of people in many different environments, I’ve discovered that there is one thing we have in common in order to thrive: the power to break through limitations and create positive change in our world.
As Rumi, the 13th-century Sufi poet and mystic put it, "Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing there is a field. I'll meet you there.” This involves suspending judgment about what you feel is right or wrong about the change and developing a strategy to bring skeptical team members on board.
I hope you enjoy the conversational style of this book, gain some new insights and refresh your memory of material you may already know.
Ready...Set...Change AGAIN!
While change is a big topic, with many models, theories, processes and steps, I felt a need to have a quick and handy reference book that comes from the over 25 years of experience I have in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Regardless of the type of audience I’ve spoken to, they needed to know how to plan for change, to improve how they handle all the changes thrown at them, how to help the people around them adapt to change – while at the same time, continuing to do all the regular work in our lives!
I hope you find it useful!
