With my background in talent development, I've lead hundreds of interactive workshops for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors.
In all my workshops, I like participants to work on real world issues so they can immediately apply the content and come out with something useful.
Whether a new or existing client, we will talk about the participants, the work they do, the issues they have and what you want to get out of the workshop. They usually work in pairs or groups to apply the content with a debrief. That being said, every workshop is different!
